Well, where do I start – before or after Grams did her
passing out trick on the flight over? You see, when we flew Virgin Atlantic 12
years ago, Grams passed out right into the lap of a fellow passenger. That time
the cabin crew recoiled from helping her. When we got home, Grams wrote a stern
letter to the corporate headquarters and heard from a company lawyer. Her main
complaint was that VA needed to train their cabin crews in emergency aid.
This time the cabin crew was all over her. They gave her oxygen and generally coddled her for the better part of an hour. She was most appreciative. She’s going to write a very complementary letter to corporate this time.
Now, the question I have is this: why does Grams seem to pass out only on VA flights? We’ll probably never know. What I do know is that she can add this incident to her VA and Virgin trains stories. It never ends. All, I have to say is if you want to see her shake all over: start humming ABBA tunes in her presence. That's part of a VA trauma story. Or you can ask her how she finds Preston: she'll positively twitch.
But, we’re here in Wales. My Bronwyn is as gorgeous as always, and the child has grown, I think. I brought Federika with me. She’s going to be the nanny for Hannah, the latest addition to the Sandham clan here in Wales.
I must go play with Celyn (pronounced: Kell-lin), a gorgeous Alsatian who lives with Marian and Emlyn. We’re going to romp in the fields.
Later on, I’ll tell you about how Grams forgot or somehow lost the power cable to her computer – another long and ridiculous story. Honestly, I don’t know why we bring her along. The woman is a nuisance – love her to bits, but she is a royal pain.

Gweeds
